Effective June 4th, there will be an adjustment to our pricing structure. We want to emphasize that this decision was not made lightly, but rather as a necessary step to ensure that we can continue to deliver the level of service and quality, you have come to expect from us. Over the last 12-18 months our professional products and general expenses have increased a minimum of 15%. After thorough consideration and working with our business coach, we have determined that a necessary price adjustment is unavoidable at this time. It is with a sense of responsibility and transparency that we reach out to you today.

We understand that any change in pricing can be concerning, and we want to assure you that this adjustment reflects the rising costs associated with maintaining and enhancing our services, as well as investments in our facilities and staff development. Our commitment is to provide you with an environment that exceeds your expectations and meets your evolving needs. While our guest care team can help you with a "guestimate," your service provider will be able to work within your budget to make sure you are getting the results you desire.
